Hi, I’m Zara!
Being a speech pathologist is the best job in the world. There is nothing more rewarding than helping our clients and families grow, learn and find their voice.
I work with people across the lifespan in areas including speech sound disorders, language difficulties, stuttering, literacy and social communication. I love to create sessions that are exciting and client-led, built on a foundation of trust and understanding. Children learn best when they’re engaged and feel safe. I love all things Bluey, Harry Potter, Paw Patrol and Minecraft!
With a background in research, I deeply value evidence-based practice to support our clients in reaching their goals. I love blending the science of what we know works with the creativity and flexibility needed to make therapy meaningful for each individual.
I’m also super passionate about empowering families to feel confident and informed throughout their speech pathology journey. At Talkshop, we prioritise parent education and collaboration so we can create the best conditions for amazing, sustainable progress.
