I joined the Talkshop team in early 2021, and have been loving every minute. I have always had a passion for helping both children and adults communicate as best they can with others. As a Speech Pathologist, I am able to help people with their speech, language, fluency, literacy, and social skills, allowing them to thrive in their environments.
Working with children and adults with both developmental and acquired brain injuries is of particular interest to me. I also enjoy working with people with intellectual disabilities. As my younger sister has Down Syndrome, I grew up being very involved with people who have lived experience with disability and found working with this community to be incredibly unique and rewarding.
At Talkshop, we love working with people in all walks of life. We are all trained in how to work with the NDIS and collaborate with other allied health professionals and teachers to provide the best care for our clients.
I value making my therapy sessions fun and enjoyable to allow the client to succeed to the best of their ability. I am involved with family members and carers to encourage greater outcomes in client communication and provide the proper skills needed to flourish.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We are always happy to help.
